Michele McKenzie

Senior Consultant

Michele has been involved in delivering training programmes for over 15 years. Her initial experience was developed within one of New Zealand’s most prominent companies as an in-house trainer and coach.

Michele has an extensive commercial background and experience in strategic key account management which has enabled her to progress to senior roles in sales, training and relationship management within the NZ market.  Michele’s sales development experience is across a wide range of industries including extensive FMCG experience, telecommunications, service sector industries, manufacturing and retail.

This experience enables Michele to expand upon the learning and offer tangible benefits in the form of strategic thinking and application of the tools and principles being taught. In the delivery of the programs Michele focuses on real-world application of the knowledge.

Elaine McMeeking

Senior Consultant

Elaine has facilitated PEP for over 15 years, working in various organisations and at all levels – from senior executives to administration staff.

Elaine has a wealth of general business and staff management experience enabling her to identify with the challenges that participants have in their day to day work.  Her training and development experience enables her to engage participants in PEP learning.

Elaine was also previously responsible for training the new PEP trainers.

Susan Sliedrecht

Senior Consultant

Susan brings 20 years’ experience in training and development, including people, organisational and infrastructural development. Key areas of interest are facilitation of workshops, project management, leadership, management and personal effectiveness.

Susan has worked in New Zealand, South Africa, Samoa and Tonga.  She is passionate about working collaboratively alongside people to support them to achieve what is truly important to them.

Nikki Hommes

Consultant

Nikki joined the Auckland team in 2011, bringing with her many years of experience managing teams in various businesses, and a clear understanding of the challenges that face us all in our daily work.  Her experience allows her to assist with the application of the tools and principles being taught. In the delivery of the programs she can focus on real-world application of the knowledge.

Nikki has been a company owner, board director, manager, facilitator, trainer and coach for many years and this enables her to assist people in turn learning to application.  Her experience covers retail, insurance, hospitality, government departments, telecommunications, and financial institutions.  She is passionate about unleashing potential within people, and this includes facilitating communication, change, leadership and personal effectiveness programmes.  

She has trained in South Africa, Mauritius, Egypt, Australia and New Zealand.

Belinda Harman

Accounts Administrator

Belinda has over 15 years’ experience of accountancy for business, both in NZ and the UK. In addition, she has worked as a business broker, where she gained valuable experience in understanding businesses in many different sectors.

Belinda has worked with PEP for over 10 years and seen the company grow. During this time she has seen incredible feedback from many participants saying how much PEP has changed their lives. She says these great results are what keep her motivated at PEP.

Channon Stewart

Client Services Manager

Having joined PEPworldwide in February 2012, Channon brings to her role as Client Services Manager several years’ experience from within learning and development, training, organisational development and HR consultancy organisations.

Channon has a passion for organisational psychology and a keen interest in enabling people to perform at their best.  This has continued throughout her career.

Sarah Holdsworth

Sarah originally qualified as an architect but moved into advertising and graphic design. She has been a Studio Manager in the advertising industry, managing the creative and production area.

Whilst in the UK (2009-2011) Sarah was Clinic Manager for a busy sports therapy clinic and loved the busy client focused environment.

Rachel Matheson

Facilitator

Rachel joined PEP in Australia in 2011 after 15 years working in the commercial sector. A significant part of this experience was working in a consultancy capacity where she has guided many business and individuals through the marketing process, including strategic planning, marketing plans, branding and customer satisfaction.

During this time Rachel ran numerous senior team workshops and facilitated conferences and recognised her interest and passion for coaching and training people.

Now relocated to Auckland, Rachel continues her role at PEP as a facilitator. She loves the opportunity that PEP gives her to work closely with people and guide them to get more out of their work and personal lives.

Craig Chappell

Consultant

Craig began his career as a facilitator and programme designer of adult learning in 2000. Working within both public and private sector organisations he has gained experience within organisational learning, HR and Recruitment. He has also designed and managed innovative projects within Youth Justice and 'Back to Work'  programmes with the unemployed in his native UK.

Craig is passionate about human dynamics and coaching. He is a qualified practitioner of NLP& MBTI and is a board member on the New Zealand Association for Psychological Type (NZAPT).

Her corporate experience in New Zealand has been with New Zealand Post, as Organisational Development Leader for the Letters Group, and Toyota New Zealand as the Manager of the Toyota Training Institute. Both national positions provided excellent background in New Zealand businesses and culture.

Tracey joined the PEPworldwide Wellington team in 2011. Her background is predominantly in the field of strategic key account/relationship management with experience in senior management, recruitment and training.

Tracey’s experience in having worked in large and small organisations (within both public and private sectors) enables her to work with clients to identify their challenges within the workplace and provide relevant solutions.

Helen Davison

Senior Consultant

Helen initially commenced facilitating the Personal Efficiency Programme in 1999, while working as the Learning & Development Manager at Trade NZ.  She introduced and facilitated PEP through the Trade NZ offices internationally.

Helen has over 17 years’ experience in learning and development and human resources. In particular her expertise is in development, design and implementation of organisational development initiatives, leading to organisational effectiveness, and also executive coaching.

Helen loves seeing the changes that PEP helps bring about in organisations, especially coaching senior managers to change and improve the way that they work, because it has a flow-on effect for the whole organisation. Leading by example means that managers can model effective behaviours and demonstrate a great work-life balance.

Judith has been facilitating PEP programs since 2004 at all levels of organisations in over 45 government and NGO organisations as well as corporates, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing and utilities companies. She says that helping people change their habitual behaviour permanently to maximise their results, with less stress, is what she loves doing most.

Judith has over 25 years’ experience in Learning and Development, specialising in executive coaching, leadership, teamwork, communication and creativity. Her roles have included executive education, business planning, team building, marketing and time management for organisations as diverse as multi-national IT corporates, government departments and small businesses.

David Cartwright

Account Executive and Consutlant

David is passionate about balancing a whole-person approach to life and is particularly interested in helping people discover ways of doing things that are workable for them.  For David, the PEP approach is a significant part of that and he enjoys sharing these ideas with others.

David’s career has led him into the corporate, academic and health sectors. He started out as an electronics engineer, doing oil and gas exploration in Africa and the Middle East. He then read for a PhD focused in technology-supported learning, which took him into the field of educational psychology and thinking skills. David then began to learn mindfulness skills and yoga, which he has now been practising for 15 years.

After migrating to New Zealand David lectured in usability and interface design at AUT. Following this he became involved in corporate sector research into the values-based cultures of high-performing organisations.

David has trained as a counsellor and facilitator specialising in communication and relationship skills. The PEP training is a very practical application of all these areas of interest.
