I’ve been with PEPworldwide since 2004 and I still enjoy coming to work each day and watching other people realize the value of PEP.
It is one of the few methodologies that I am able to implement both at work and at home on a daily basis.

My background as Workshop Coordinator for a writing methodology company has structured my thinking, and improved both my people and written communications skills. My studies into Personal and Organizational Learning help me understand how and why people think and act.
