Tim D’Arcy
Group Manager Government Services
"The single major thing that I love about PEP, is that it's the one learning program that consistently helps people work better. It is simple to deliver, and simple to put into place, but it has a significant impact on participants and the way they work."
Tim has delivered PEP and execPEP for over 10 years with thousands of hours coaching people to work better, mainly within the public sector. This has included people from the very top, right through to the lower levels within different organisations. Most of Tim's work is now focused on working directly with senior managers and leaders to help them become more productive. Tim is responsible for the quality of both the program and the facilitators who delivery it across Australia and New Zealand.
Tim has a Bachelor of Education, and a Masters of Education (Adult Learning) .
Tim would like to see PEP as the entry level program for all new employees so that they start their working life with the appropriate foundation for how to work productively, rather than PEP being an intervention when things have gone wrong.
Personal Interests
I enjoy working in an organisation that enables me to spend time with my family and supporting my teenage boys as they grow up.

Gaye D’Arcy
Group Manager – Corporate Services
"I have found that by implementing the PEP “Do it Now” principle, I have better control of my workload. I'm not talking about those things that you can't do now or major projects that you should be scheduling time in your diary to do - I’m talking about routine emails and paperwork which you encounter every day. By dealing with them the first time you read them, you save both time and angst because they are dealt with and gone!"
Prior to joining PEPworldwide, Gaye held roles as Deputy CEO and Business Operations Manager for the largest aged-care provider in the ACT state, and was responsible for both financial and operational functions. Previous roles and qualifications:
- Corporate Manager with two major national peak body groups in ACT region, being responsible for both financial and administration functions
- Senior Tax Manager in a medium-size accounting practice and Registered Tax Agent.
- BA (Accounting)
- Member of CPA Australia
"My passion for PEP is generated by the people who participate fully, embrace the PEP principles and who talk so enthusiastically about the positive, often life-changing effects which PEP has had on their work / life balance, and how that has the flow-on effect on their personal life."
Personal Interests
Would be a total gym junkie if I had the time. Love Les Mills Body Attack classes!! Enjoy the whole wine experience – drinking, comparing, deciding what I like and don’t. 2009 - Joined a book club and started learning how to play guitar, just because I always wanted to.
