PEP is powerful in its simplicity, science and art that can be continually applied and refined. Seeing the light bulb go on when people get it, is very satisfying.
David’s career has spanned both academic and corporate sectors.
He worked in oil and gas exploration in Africa and the Middle East for several years. A curiosity for learning technologies led to a PhD focused on reflection in learning. After migrating to New Zealand he lectured in usability and interface design at AUT in Auckland. David moved back to the corporate sector, researching the strong, values-based cultures of high-performing organisations. He was excited to discover the PEP program as a practical application of this research.
